Using an E-Gift Card
E-Gift Cards are redeemable only on www.countrysidecitrus.com using the E-Gift Card code provided in the email to your E-Gift Card recipient. E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any promotional discounts.

E-Gift Card Balance
If you have an existing E-Gift Card, you can use our E-Gift Card Balance Check form to see the remaining balance.

Expiration
E-Gift Cards do not expire, and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.

All E-Gift Cards are emailed to your chosen recipient's email address. Please check to make sure your recipient has received their email notification and it hasn't been filtered by their email provider into a "junk" or "spam" folder. If your recipient does not receive their E-Gift Card email, please have them check their "junk" and "spam" folders.

How many pieces of fruit per tray?

Depending on variety and size the average per 1 tray is as follows:

All Oranges: 12-15

All Grapefruit: 6-10

All Tangerines: 20-24

Mixed Oranges & Grapefruit: 4-10 Oranges & 3-5 Grapefruit

Will I be getting an email with the tracking number? Yes, once we receive >b>AND print your order you will get an email notification that will include your tracking number.

What method is used for shipping? We use FedEx Ground for all packages.

Do you ship out of the country? Yes, we ship to Canada. If you would like to ship to Canada, please call customer care (1-888-550-5745) for additional information.

Do you ship to California? Yes, we ship to California on Monday and/or Tuesday only.

What is your procedure when you have an out-of-stock item? In the unlikely event we run into a short supply of an item, our policy is to replace the item with a like item of equal or greater value.

Do you ship chocolate items all season long? We can but it requires special packaging from May through October due to the warmer weather. Please call customer care (1-888-550-5745) for additional information.

Do you ship Ice Cream or Juice? Absolutely. Please call customer care (1-888-550-5745) for additional information.

Do you keep customer credit card numbers on file? No. Once your transaction has been approved we delete all credit card information.
